O Ballet \u00e9 uma arte milenar que encanta pessoas de diferentes idades, sexo e n\u00edveis s\u00f3cio- econ\u00f4micos e culturais. \u00c9 a ess\u00eancia de todas as dan\u00e7as e pode ser uma atividade para crian\u00e7as, jovens e adultos. \u00c9 uma excelente op\u00e7\u00e3o de exerc\u00edcio para quem deseja ter um f\u00edsico saud\u00e1vel e uma mente tranquila.<\/p>

A dan\u00e7a nasce da necessidade de se dizer o \u201cindiz\u00edvel\u201d, pois nada \u00e9 mais revelador que o pr\u00f3prio gesto. Portanto, ela promove a expressividade nos alunos e torna-se um meio de apoio educacional que desenvolve a t\u00e9cnica aplicada \u00e0 corre\u00e7\u00e3o, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o motora, reflexo, memoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o corporal, percep\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00edtmica, postura, flexibilidade, resist\u00eancia, for\u00e7a muscular e tamb\u00e9m incentiva a sociabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das artes, fortalece a auto-estima, gera bem estar e combate o stress, melhora fun\u00e7\u00f5es vitais como digest\u00e3o, respira\u00e7\u00e3o e circula\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de estimular a criatividade e colaborar para a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de valores, julgamento, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, decis\u00e3o e a\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>

O Ballet Cl\u00e1ssico teve in\u00edcio atrav\u00e9s das dan\u00e7as da corte europ\u00e9ia no s\u00e9culo XV e embora tenha nascido na It\u00e1lia, foi a Fran\u00e7a que ficou conhecida como a p\u00e1tria do Ballet. \u00c9 por isso, que os passos tem nomes franceses!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
