O princ\u00edpio da m\u00e1xima efici\u00eancia \u00e9 aplicado \u00e0 eleva\u00e7\u00e3o ou \u00e0 perfei\u00e7\u00e3o do esp\u00edrito e do corpo na ci\u00eancia do ataque e da defesa, exige primeiramente ordem e harmonia de todos os membros de uma coletividade e isto pode ser atingido com o aux\u00edlio e as concess\u00f5es entre si para atingir a prosperidade e os benef\u00edcios m\u00fatuos.<\/p>

O esp\u00edrito final do jud\u00f4, por conseguinte, \u00e9 de incutir no \u00edntimo do homem o respeito pelos princ\u00edpios da m\u00e1xima efici\u00eancia, da prosperidade e benef\u00edcios m\u00fatuos e da suavidade, para poder atingir, individualmente e coletivamente seus estados mais elevados e ao mesmo tempo mais desenvolvidos na arte de ataque e defesa.<\/p>

Tendo suas origens nas artes orientais o jud\u00f4 incute a id\u00e9ia de disciplina, autocontrole e competitividade, sendo um dos esportes procurados pelos pais para inicia\u00e7\u00e3o esportiva de seus filhos.<\/p>

Devido \u00e0 grande exig\u00eancia de disciplina e dedica\u00e7\u00e3o para se obter resultados \u00e9 um esporte que proporciona alto gasto energ\u00e9tico, conseq\u00fcentemente \u00e9 \u00f3timo para se trabalhar nas escolas j\u00e1 que as crian\u00e7as tamb\u00e9m melhoram o seu comportamento com a sua pr\u00e1tica. S\u00e3o diversos os benef\u00edcios proporcionados com a pr\u00e1tica do jud\u00f4. S\u00e3o eles: coordena\u00e7\u00e3o motora, auto-estima, autoconfian\u00e7a, equil\u00edbrio mental, refor\u00e7o do car\u00e1ter e da moral, controle muscular etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
